摘要
本文基于案例和西方学者研究成果,提出社群范式下档案对社会公正与和解进程的作用模式——在"和平"的前提下,利用档案的凭证价值补充、纠正历史,揭示过去的不公正行为,通过抗议、协商要求确定责任并获得补偿,档案从"权力的工具"变为"权利的工具"实现其权利的解放,而社会公正也得以维护,最终实现社会和解。
Based on some cases and research achievements of Western scholars, the paper suggests a mod- ule to explain how archives act in a social justice process. Under the precondition of peace, archives can be used to reveal past injustice and complement history because of their voucher value. And then the suf- ferers will claim to identify the accountability and ask for compensation. Thus, ＂the tools of power＂ be- comes ＂the tools of rights＂, which could be called the release of archival rights. At the same time, social justice can be maintained and ultimately social reconciliation can be realized.
