摘要
"档案与社会正义"问题近年来成为国外档案伦理研究的热点问题,取得了许多重要研究成果。著名学者哈里斯概括了南非档案界"档案维护正义"传统的基本精神;美国档案学家吉莫森阐释了在档案和文件工作中维护社会正义的主要途径;英国华莱士等学者建构了档案与社会正义关系的多层次分析框架。国外学者从理论与实践两个方面对档案与社会正义关系进行了新解释,提出了许多新认识:档案追求社会正义的实质是通过改变现在,影响未来,档案工作的社会责任是确保政府开放和社会的公平。
In recent years, ＂Archives and social justice＂ has become a hot issue of archival ethics research and obtained many important results abroad. Verne Harris ,the famous archivist in South Africa , outlined five basic spirits of ＂archives for justice＂ tradition. American archival authority Randall Jimerson has explained the main ways to maintenance social justice in the archives and records work. British scholar Wallace and others have developed multi-level framework in demonstrating relationship between archives and social justice. There are many new understanding in interpretation of the archive impacts of social justice with two aspects of theory--practice. The essence of archives for social justice is presented in changing the present and impacting the future. To have the government open and social fairness and justice maintained is the social responsibility of archives work.
