摘要
为了探索粉煤灰高附加值利用途径,利用微波辐射和机械粉磨的方式激化粉煤灰的活性,再利用微波加热和碱溶的方式提取SiO_2和Al_2O_3等有价值的氧化物。实验结果表明:利用微波辐射和机械粉磨的方式可以激发粉煤灰的活性,在微波辐射30min、机械粉磨至320目占比80%左右、NaOH浓度2.5mol/L、液固比为40、反应时间30分钟后,SiO_2提取率可达38%;同等条件下,控制钙硅比在2.2左右时,Al_2O_3的提取率可达90%。
In order to explore the high added value utilization of fly ash, the activity of fly ash was intensified by microwave radiation and mechanical milling, and then the oxides of SiO_2 and Al_2O_3 were extracted by microwave heating and alkali solution. Experimental results show that using microwave radiation and mechanical grinding can stimulate the activity of fly ash, in the microwave radiation for 30 min,mechanical grinding to 320 mesh accounted for more than about 80%, 2.5mol/l NaOH concentration, liquid to solid ratio 40, the reaction time 30 minutes later, SiO_2 extraction rate could reach 38%; under the same conditions, control of calcium and silicon ratio at about 2.2,Al_2O_3 extraction rate can reach 90%.
