摘要
为了研究粉碎方式对煤粒度分布的影响,以侏罗纪神府煤为研究对象,采用不同粉碎设备对其进行粉碎试验。根据磨矿效率和产品的粒径分布规律提出"棒磨粗碎-气流粉碎细碎"的联合粉碎方式,磨矿过程中发生体积粉碎模型和表面粉碎模型的转换,棒磨35 min时得到分级产品粒度分布更窄,颗粒发生了选择性粉碎,达到较好的分级效果。
In order to study the influence of pulverizing modes on particle size distribution of coal, the Jurassic coal of Shenfu coal was used as raw material, and different grinding equipments were used to perform experiments. According to the pulverizing efficiency and particle size distribution characteristics, the concept of "rod coarse milling-airflow pulverization fine milling" has been put forward. During the pulverizing process, the transformation from volume crushing model to surface crushing model occurred, and narrower particle size distribution of products could be achieved when the rod milling time was 35 min. At the same time, selective pulverizing occurred to particles and a better classification effect could be achieved.
