摘要
"慕课"给学习者带来便捷和开放的名校名课名师资源,教学模式与评价方式发生着深刻变革。地方应用型高校要应对"慕课"的冲击,需要把引入"慕课"资源与开发"慕课"资源相结合;结合教育技术的进步,更新教学理念与人才培养方式;激发学习者的内在动力,让有效的学习行为发生,实现由同质教育向异质教育的转型。
MOOC brings to the learners convenient, free, open resources from worldwide famous universities, classes and teachers, and teaching and evaluation methods are undergoing profound changes. Local application-oriented universities have to deal with impacts from MOOCs, trying to combine introducing MOOC resources with developing MOOC resources, and update teaching philosophy and personnel training methods with advances in educational technology. Furthermore, it's necessary to stimulate intrinsic motivation of learners, so that effective learning behavior could be achieved, therefore realize the transformation from homogeneous to heterogeneous education.
