摘要
在我国人力资源服务标准化是新兴事物,发展较晚。虽然我国人力资源服务领域相继出台了一些国家、地方及行业标准,但仍然存在着对标准化认识不高、公共参与程度不高、标准化保障能力薄弱、标准化理论研究比较滞后、标准体系功能不健全、体系分类不清晰等诸多问题,需要从人力资源服务标准体系、工作机制、标准制定程序等方面进行完善。
The standardization of human resource service is the emerging thing in China, it develops relatively late. Although some national, local and industrial standards have been issued in the human resource services of China, the problems of lower understanding of standardization, lower participation of the public, weak security ability of standardization, lag behind theoretical research of standardization, imperfect standardized system, and unclear classification of system still exist. So we should improve it through human resources service standard system, working mechanism, and standard development process, etc.
