摘要
随着现代制造业的快速发展,对工业工程专业方面的人才提出了更高的要求。该文针对工业工程专业特点,分析了工业工程实践教学的现状,提出了设施规划与物流分析、生产计划与控制、人因工程实验的建设思路,指出加强产学研对实践教学的重要影响,以构筑面向学生专业素质、动手操作能力和创新能力培养的工业工程专业视角教学模式。
With the development of manufacturing industry, it puts forward higher request to the professional talents of industrial engineering. In this paper, combined with the specialty of industrial engineering, it analyzes the present situation of teaching practice of industrial engineering, highlight the facilities planning and logistics analysis experiment, production planning and control experi- ment, and people thought engineering experiment construction. It is very important to strengthen the practice teaching of university in- dustry cooperation, from a professional perspective of industrial engineering teaching mode. It is beneficial to foster students＇ profession- al quality, ability and the ability of innovation.
