摘要
为了解决小盒烟包条装过程中出现的条烟缺包,设计了一种基于机器视觉技术的新型条烟缺包检测系统。该系统利用图像采集组件拍摄待检测堆叠烟包图像,控制器接收堆叠烟包图像数据进行图像处理,通过连续五次堆叠烟包图像判断结果,分析相应条烟是否存在小包缺失,并将处理结果发送给包装机组控制系统,从而实现缺包条烟的检测与剔除,该系统具有检测精度高、使用方便、运行稳定可靠等特点。
It is often the case that one or a few cigarette packs is/are missing in the carton in the process of cigarette packing. To solve the problem, a new system based on machine vision technology is designed to detect whether any cigarette packs are missing. The system uses image acquisition module to shoot the stacking cigarette image, while the controller accepts the stacking cigarette image data for image processing. After 5%-time judgments of the stacking cigarette image, the result whether any cigarette packs are missing in the carton is analyzed and sent to the packing machine control system, which realizes detection and rejection of the carton with cigarette pack missing. The application shows that the system is precise, convenient, stable and reliable in operation.
