摘要
为解决目前烟草行业小盒烟包外观检测装置误检率高、稳定性能差、操作界面繁琐等问题,设计了一种新型的小盒烟包外观检测系统。该系统选用稳定的LED光源和具有超高速曝光技术的工业相机,获取高质量、高清晰度的随皮带高速运动的小盒烟包图像。软件上,采用Windows操作系统,上层应用软件采用VC++编程,辅之以图像处理技术,并设计友好的人机操作界面,实现产品实时统计、商标识别和缺陷小盒烟包剔除功能。实验表明,该装置兼具适用性和易用性,系统稳定,易于维护。
In order to solve the problems that the cigarette case surface inspection systems have a high false detec- tion rate, poor stability, complicated operation interface and so on in tobacco industry, it designs a new cigarette case surface inspection system. The system chooses LED as the light sources and high - speed cameras to get cig- arette case images with high quality and definition while small packages are moving on the belt at a high speed. Besides, it uses Windows operating system and VC + + programming as upper application software with the aid of image processing technology and friendly man - machine interface, realizes the functions of real - time statis- tics, trademark identification and automatically eliminating defective cigarette cases. The application proves that the system is not only appropriate and user- friendly, but also stable and easy to maintain.
