摘要
防卷断裂辊位于热轧平整机组开卷机卷简与入口夹送辊之间。前期使用时各种故障频发,只能辅助穿带和间断使用,难以满足生产实际需求。通过对结构改造和控制参数优化,实现了薄规格带钢平整时整卷投入和连续使用,显著提高了薄规格带钢的平整质量,降低了二次平整率,经济效益显著。
Anti-coil break roller is located between the pay-off reel and the entry pinch rolls of hot skin-pass mill. In the early use period, it depended on auxiliary strip entering into the skin-pass or interrupting service to overcome breakdown obstacles, causing the failure of meeting real production needs. Through the structural transformation and control parameter optimization, the anti-coil break roller was able to be used continuously in the whole coil, the quality of thin strip was enhanced, the rate of secondary skin-pass rolling was decreased and the remarkable economic benefit was made.
