考虑随机不确定需求与产出的投产量决策

摘要 当计划期内市场需求、初次生产及返工过程合格率为常数或服从连续随机分布时,综合考虑产成品收益、过量合格品折价收益、废品收益、初次投产成本、返工成本以及加急处理成本等,以SMPEs期望利润最大化为目标、对其计划期内投产量决策进行模型构建、理论推导以及讨论分析,证明各种情形下最优解的存在性以及唯一性,得到其表达式。在此基础上进行算例分析,验证各类命题的准确性、有效性并比较不同随机因子对投产量及期望利润的影响。最后,提出改善SMPEs运营管理水平、加强质量控制与作业计划的措施。 When the market demands, the qualified rate of outputs and rework efficiency is constant or random, the benefits of finished goods,the excess products, wasters and costs of initial production, rework and later production are all considered, to maximize the total profits of SMPEs, the decision of planned input quantities is modeled, discussed and analyzed, the existence and the uniqueness of the optimal solution is proved under a variety of situations and the expressions are given. Then the numerical case is carried out, the optimal planned input quantities and the responsive total profits are compared and analyzed by the figures. Finally, the measures are proposed to improve operational management and enhance quality control and production plan of the SMPEs.
