摘要
面向订单式企业工具管理的特点,在简要介绍模糊理论的基础上,导出了允许适度缺货情况下工具库存管理问题的模糊数学模型,采用梯级平均综合表示法进行解模糊并优化求解,最后通过某汽车模具制造企业工具系统初步试用表明模糊集理论对工具需求进行预测具有一定实用价值。
In this paper, after analyzing the tool characteristics of order-oriented company, the management problems of tool storage requirement forecast were dealt with based on fuzzy set theory. Firstly, the fuzzy mathematic model of storage management with fuzzy parameters was educed after introducing the fuzzy set theory. Then the ambiguity solution and tool forecast were disposed using fuzzy graded mean integration representation method. Finally, after tryout in the practical management of the tool storage in one auto dies company, it shows that the method play proper role in the tool storage management of order-oriented company.
