散打运动员大强度训练后NK、NKT细胞变化的研究

摘要 目的:对散打运动员在大强度训练后NK、NKT细胞变化情况进行分析。方法:将24名男子散打运动员作为研究对象,分成研究组和对照组,每组12人;研究组接受大强度训练,对照组进行常规训练,统计分析两组训练前后NK、NKT细胞变化情境。结果:研究组在大强度训练后即刻NK水平(22.83±1.36),NKT水平(3.52±0.88)均明显优于对照组的NK(20.37±1.35),NKT(3.63±1.15),差异具有统计意义(P<0.05),两组运动员在安静状态下和恢复24 h后NK比值变化不明显(P>0.05)。训练后即刻和24h恢复后NK细胞水平有显著影响。大强度训练后,可引起运动员NK细胞水平下降,使得运动员机体自然杀伤细胞功能暂时降低。另外,可以知道大强度训练后运动员NKT细胞水平明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:通过大强度的训练,散打运动员的NK、NKT细胞有显著变化,也就是免疫指标得到提升,进而增强运动员的机体免疫力。 Objective:To analyze the changes of NK and NKT cells in Sanda athletes after intensive training.Methods:24 male Sanda athletes were divided into two groups:study group and control group (n=12),study group receiving intensive training while control group treated with routine training,and a statistical analysis was made on the changes of NK and NKT cells before and after the training in two groups.Results:as for the study group,the levels of NK (22.83 +1.36)and NKT (3.52 +0.88)immediately after the training were significantly better than those of the control group NK (20.37 +1.35),NKT (3.63 +1.15),and the difference has statistical significance (P〈0.05 );there was no obvious NK raito changes at quiet state and after 24 h recovery (P〉0.05)for the two groups,while there was a significant effect on the level of NK cells after training and 24 h recovery.After high-intensity training, the level of NK cells can be reduced,so that the NK cell function can be reduced temporarily. In addition,it can be known that the level of NKT cells was significantly decreased after intensive training (P〈0.05).Conclusion:Through the intensive training,NK and NKT cells of Sanda athletes have a significant change,that is,the immune index is improved,thereby enhancing the body's immune system.
