摘要
以长沙为例,通过分析既有住宅建筑节能改造评价指标选取的原则,根据其气候条件、经济状况、施工水平、改造建筑的特点搭建了评价指标体系的层次模型;并利用节能改造各相关部门专家对影响上一层次的同一层次各因素进行两两对比的调研数据形成判断矩阵;采用Matlab软件分析各指标的权重,为冬冷夏热地区节能改造后综合评价及改造方案的优选与优化提供参考。
In Changsha, by aiicdyzing the selection principle of evaluation index for energy-savingretrofitting of existing residential building, the hierarchical model of evaluation index system is constructedaccording to the characteristics of its climates, economic conditions, construction capability, building feature.Experts from energy-saving retrofitting departments compared the influencing factors to two levels inpair to gain survey data, so the judgment matrix is formed. The MATLAB software is applied to analyze theweight, of each index, providing a reference for the comprehensive post-evaluation and the retrofittingscheme optimization in cold winter and hot summer region.
