摘要
提出了"国土规划跟踪服务测量"的理念,对用户或非专业人士在办理相关业务时提供了"一条龙"服务。以武汉市经济技术开发区某产业园国土规划跟踪服务测量的实施为例,建立一套控制网,顺利完成地籍、地形、红线定位、规划条件核实测量。项目优质高效的完成,说明了该理念在技术上的合理性和可操作性,也为今后国土类和规划类的测量,探索出了一条新的道路。
This paper puts forward the concept of ＂land planning and tracking service measurement＂, which provides one-stop service for users or non professionals in the relevant business. Taking the Wuhan economic and Technological Development Zone as example, we have established a control network in a industrial park land planning and tracking services. The measurement of cadastral, terrain, red line positioning and planning conditions verification has been successfully completed. With project quality and efficient completion, the concept has been confirmed to be technical rationality and operability, exploring a new way for the land class and planning class measurement in the future.
