摘要
目前的土地管理信息系统建设多以服务于日常管理的系统为主,专业系统尚处在探讨阶段。以房山山区为例,介绍县级土地规划编制信息系统的数据库、规划模型以及规划管理的设计与实现,对于当前的土地利用规划修编具有重要的参考价值。
The present land management information system is largely of service for routine administrative management, professional systems having yet to be developed. This paper introduces the data base for the county-level land planning information system, the models of planning, and the design and realization of the information system, which is an important reference for current revision of land use planning.
