摘要
本研究以就业为导向,以团体辅导为培养方式,对高职学生的心理素质培养进行了研究。研究一采用问卷法调查了用人单位对毕业生素质的需求,研究二采用实验法,针对调查结果,研究团体心理辅导在培养学生相应心理素质中的作用。结果发现:用人单位对高职高专院校毕业生的心理素质特别是团队合作、责任心、自我管理、人际沟通能力等方面具有较高要求;靠学生的自由发展本身,并不能有效提高学生的心理素质;有针对性的团体心理辅导可以有效地提高学生心理素质,特别是在完善性格特征、促进人际管理、完善自我意识等方面。
Guided by employment,group counseling mode was used to cultivate higher vocational students' psychological quality. By using questionnaire survey,the first research investigated the employer's demand for personal quality of graduates. By using experiment,on the basis of the result of the first research,the second research studied the effect of group counseling in cultivating graduates' psychological quality. The results showed that: 1) employers have higher requirements on psychological quality of vocational college graduates,especially on team work,responsibility,self management,interpersonal skills,etc; 2) students' psychological quality would not be improved only by students' free development itself; 3) targeted group psychological counseling can effectively improve the students' psychological quality,especially on perfecting personality traits,promoting interpersonal management,perfecting self-consciousness,etc.
