摘要
高校图书馆地方文献学的学科建设是一项长期的系统工程,其学科建设理论体系可从宏观、中观和微观三个层面进行构建。其中,宏观层的地方文献学学科建设包括学科建设定位、目标的确定,学科方向的选择及学科发展规划的制定;中观层的地方文献学学科建设包括组织机构建设、学科队伍建设、学科基地建设、科研工作建设和学科制度建设;微观层的地方文献学学科建设包括成立学科建设领导小组,选拔学科带头人、组织构建学术研究团队,抓好学科基地建设,重视科研项目建设,完善学科建设制度及学科建设评估指标体系等方面的内容。
The discipline construction of the Local Philology in university library is a long-term systematic project, and its theoretical system can be constructed from three aspects of macro, meso and micro levels.
