摘要
我国对页岩气的开发目前尚处在初期阶段。页岩气开发具有在开发周期内产量无规律,生产参数不固定,开采初期井口压力高,但在短时间内迅速衰减等特点,地面集输系统为了适应产能的变化需要不断地进行动态调整,这导致页岩气地面集输管网与站场的布置不易确定。借鉴北美页岩气开发的地面集输技术,针对我国页岩气田地面工程的具体情况,分析了页岩气的特点,介绍了布站形式、管网设计、井组划分与布站等关于页岩气地面工程的总体布局方式,论述了井口工艺、集气站工艺、处理厂工艺的地面集输系统的设计方法等。
Shale gas development in China is at the initial stage. Shale gas development has the features such as irregular output during development period, variable production parameters, well pressure from high level at early stage dropping rapidly within short time period. So,surface gathering and transportation system need adjusting continuously in order to adapt to variable production ability,which leads to the problem of difficult determination of pipeline network and station layout. This paper analyzes the shale gas characteristics,and describes the general layout of shale gas gathering and transportation system in aspects of station layout pattern,pipeline network design,well group partition and station layout by drawing on the experience in the surface gathering technology of the North American shale gas development and according to the specific situation of China shale gas field surface engineering. It discusses the design methods of surface gathering and transportation system with regard to wellhead process,gathering station process and treatment plant process.
