摘要
中国高度重视页岩气这一新兴产业的发展,在国家产业政策的指导和支持下,该产业快速发展,3 500 m以浅的页岩气已迈入规模化开采阶段。为了规范页岩气产业的健康快速发展、确保国家对页岩气勘探开发的监管有标准可依、快速复制页岩气高效勘探开发技术,需要制订页岩气全产业链的技术标准和技术标准体系。为此,分析了中国页岩气勘探开发技术现状,重点阐述了页岩气技术标准制订对促进页岩气技术进步的作用和意义,进而展望了页岩气勘探开发技术及标准制订下一步的发展方向。研究结果表明:①中国已经建立了符合中国国情的页岩气勘探开发理论和技术体系,形成了页岩气地质综合评价、开发优化、水平井优快钻井、水平井体积压裂、工厂化作业、特色高效清洁开采等6大技术系列共计27项特色技术;②已经规划制订页岩气特色标准173项,有力地支撑了中国页岩气产业的快速高质量发展,2019年页岩气年产量已达143.6×10^8 m^3。结论认为,页岩气技术标准体系的建设,促进了中国页岩气勘探开发技术不断完善、推动了技术水平大幅度提升、确保了质量安全环保全面受控。
Shale gas is as an emerging industry and its development is highly concerned in China. Under the guidance and support of national industrial policies, shale gas industry develops rapidly and has already stepped into the stage of large-scale exploitation of shale gas buried less than 3 500 m deep underground. In order to standardize the healthy and rapid development of shale gas industry, ensure available standards for the national supervision on shale gas exploration and development and quickly copy the technologies in the efficient exploration and development of shale gas, it is necessary to formulate the technical standards and technical standard system of the whole shale gas industry chain. In this paper, the current situations of shale gas exploration and development technologies in China were analyzed. Then the role and significance of the formulation of shale gas technical standards in promoting the progress of shale gas technologies were described in detail. Finally, the development direction of shale gas exploration technology and standard formulation was predicted. And the following research results were obtained. First, China has established the exploration and development theories and technical systems that are in line with national conditions, and 27 distinguished technologies of 6 technical series have been developed, including comprehensive geological evaluation of shale gas, development optimization, good and fast drilling of horizontal wells, stimulated reservoir volume of horizontal wells, factory-like operation, and distinguished, efficient and clean exploitation. Second, 173 distinguished shale gas standards have been formulated, and they provide a powerful support for the quality and fast development of China’s shale gas industry. The annual output of shale gas in 2019 is 143.6×10^8 m^3.
