摘要 针对3组预埋钢筋和1组对比素加固材料组成的共12个加固材料试块进行室内拉拔试验,综合对比分析表明加固材料强度和锚固长度是影响钢筋平均黏结力的重要因素,钢筋的埋置深度不同,主要表现出钢筋拔出、钢筋拉断和钢筋拔出同时根部材料隆起等3种破坏形式,并基于理论分析推导获得试块拉拔试验中平均黏结力计算公式。对比掺外加剂灌浆料、未掺外加剂灌浆料和普通混凝土的抗裂性能,结果表明,一定掺量外加剂相互作用及纤维的阻裂作用,可明显减少其塑性收缩开裂,开裂指数相对较小。 The authors conducted a pull indoors test on 3 groups embedded steel test block and a comparison prime reinforcement material specimen,comprehensive comparative analysis showed that the strength and anchorage length of the reinforcement materials are the important factors affecting the average bond strength of steel bars. The different steel bar embedment depth mainly showed three failure modes,pulled out of the steel bars,reinforced pull off,pull out while the roots of reinforced material uplift.Based on theory analysis,the author deduced the formula of the block average bond. Anti cracking performance comparison of super-early strength grouting materials, not mixing admixtures grouting materials and common concrete showed that certain dosage of admixture interaction and crack resistance of the fibers can significantly reduce its plastic shrinkage cracking,cracking index is relatively small.
