摘要 为了避免因机车轴温隐患造成行车事故,设计了一种基于LabVIEW的机车轴温监测系统。本系统通过LabVIEW上位机对机车轴温进行实时监测报警,实现了车载与地面系统的双重监测任务。经过系统测试验证了该系统的可靠性和实用性,该系统具有操作界面直观、数据存储与分析高效等特点。 In order to avoid the train operation accident caused by hidden trouble of locomotive bearing temperature,the locomotive bearing temperature detection system is designed based on LabVIEW in this paper. The system can achieve locomotive bearing temperature real-time detection and alarm,and complete both the on-board and ground system detecting task. The system verified by the test is reliable and practical,and has an intuitive interface,the efficient data storage and analysis function,etc.
