摘要
为了解决传统的人工测量粮仓温度的缺陷,设计了一种基于单片机的粮仓多点温度自动测量系统。介绍了系统的硬件组成和软件流程图以及基于RS-485的通信网络。从机主要负责采集现场的温度并传送给上位机,当温度超过报警温度时,发出报警信号。上位机通过RS-485总线获得现场的数据,将数据存储并以曲线或者表格形式显示出来。系统具有扩展性好,分辨率高,测量范围宽,抗干扰性强等特点。
In order to avoid the disadvantages of manual measurement of the granary temperature,this paper designed a multi-point temperature of granary automatic measuring system based on microcontroller.Introduce the hardware components,the software flowchart and the measurement control network system based on RS-485.Lower computer is mainly responsible for collecting the field temperature and send it to host computer,when the temperature exceeds the alarm temperature,triggering an alarm.Host computer receive the field data through the RS-485 bus,save it and display it in curve or tabular form.The system is in good scalability,high-resolution,wide range,anti-interference performance and so on.
