Progression on molecular pathology of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors

摘要 胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤(PNET)是一类极其复杂且高度异质性的肿瘤,近年来发病率呈逐年上升趋势。目前对于PNET的研究远远滞后于其他类型,因此更好地明确PNET的分子病理特点对于其诊断、治疗和预后改善具有重要意义。随着分子生物学技术的发展.PNET分子病理学机制的研究逐步深入,有望为PNET的治疗带来新的思路。本文将对PNET的分子病理学研究进展进行综述。 Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (PNET) is a complicated and heterogeneous group of neo- plasia, and the incidence of PNET is growing rapidly recently. The current study on PNET lags behind what is known of other pancreatic tumors. Therefore, understanding of the molecular pathology is important for improving the early diagnosis, treatment and prognosis. With the development of molecular biology, there are already several potential targets proved to have application role in treatment of PNET. Here, the authors present the current knowledge about the molecular alterations of PNET.
