摘要
探讨PBL教学法在《中医学》教学中应用效果。选择我校2014年9月—2015年9月进行《中医学》学习的学生240名,根据教学方式将其分为传统教学组与PBL教学组,每组各120名。观察对比两组学生《中医学》期末考试成绩优良率,以及对教学方法满意程度。结果显示:PBL教学组《中医学》课程考试成绩优良率为88.33%,明显高于传统教学组68.33%(P<0.05)。PBL教学组学生对教师满意度、知识掌握程度、学习兴趣、临床思维能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。PBL教学法在《中医学》教学中具有显著应用效果,为向临床提供综合知识与专业技能合格人才打下了良好基础。
objective: The application of PBL teaching in the traditional Chinese medicine teaching effect,Methods:The object of study from the university in September 2014 to September 2015 for the tradi-tional Chinese medicine clinical undergraduate learning ,A total of four classes , 240 students.According to the teaching, four class can be divided into traditional teaching group (class:1, 2 class, the students:120)&amp;PBL teaching group(class:3, 4 class, the students:120).Observed compared two groups of students "Chi-nese medicine"was the final exam .Results:PBL teaching group of the course of the traditional Chinese medi-cine examination results is 88.33%,68.33%higher than traditional teaching group ,Contrast differences sta-tistically significant (P&lt;0.05),PBL teaching group of students to teacher satisfaction ,Degree of knowledge, learning interest,The clinical thinking ability score were higher than the control group ,Contrast differences statistically significant ( P &lt;0 .05 ) .Conclusion:PBL teaching in the "Chinese medicine"teaching has sig-nificant effect ,Both to simply improve the students&#39;test scores ,At the same time can cultivate the students&#39;self learning consciousness ,Strengthen self thinking ability , expression ability and team cooperation ability ,To de-velop the traditional"Chinese medicine "learning interest and enthusiasm ,To provide clinical comprehensive knowledge and expertise of qualified talents laid a good foundation .
