摘要
目的分析PBL模式实施于中医内科学课堂教学的应用效果。方法选择2012级全科医师班本科生100名为本次研究对象,随机分为对照组(50名)与观察组(50名),分别采用LBL教学模式及PBL教学模式。对比两组教学效果。结果观察组学生的操作技能及理论知识得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学生对教师满意度、课堂愉悦程度、解决问题能力及知识理解能力得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在中医内科学课堂教学中实施PBL模式,可有效激发临床思维,提高操作技能,增强学生综合素质。
Objective To analysis the effect of PBL mode applied in the teaching of Chinese internal medicine. Methods Selected 100 general practitioner from 2012 undergraduate class and randomly divided into control group(50) and observation group(50), respectively used LBL and PBL teaching mode. Compared effect of teaching in two groups. Results In observation group, students skills and theoretical knowledge scores were higher than those in the control group, there was significant difference(P0.05), students on teachers' job satisfaction, degree of pleasure classroom, solve the ability to solve problems and the ability to understand the knowledge scores in observation group were higher than those of the control group, the difference was significant(P0.05). Conclusion The implementation of PBL mode in teaching of Chinese internal medicine can effectively stimulate the clinical thinking, improve operation skills, enhance students' comprehensive quality.
