育苗容器对一年生文冠果苗木生长和根发生的影响 被引量:9

摘要 [目的]文冠果属深根性直根系,主根发达而侧根稀少,起苗对根系的伤害大,栽植成活率低,如何在育苗中限制主根生长而促发侧根是提高移栽成活率的有效手段。容器育苗可以有效解决这一问题,但目前缺乏对文冠果育苗容器类型和规格的研究。[方法]本研究以1年生文冠果容器苗为试验对象,用不同规格控根容器(K)和普通营养钵(T)进行比较试验,通过对不同类型和规格容器中培育的文冠果苗木根系生长、根系状态、多级次根系发生情况的研究,筛选出有利于文冠果须根发生的育苗容器类型和规格。[结果]大田对照文冠果苗木根系随着时间变化二阶须根(直径≥1mm)9月份较6月份减少66.3%,三阶须根(直径≤1mm)减少31.5%,主根占据绝对优势;而在容器中的文冠果苗木侧根生长都处于上升状态,主根与二、三阶须根随着时间变化都在同步增加,在生长期6-9月间对照的地上生物量始终最大,容器K20×23在6-9月间地上部分增幅最大,其次为容器T15×18和K10×16,地下生物量最大值为对照CK,其次为K20×23,最小为K10×10;总根长最大为K20×23,最小值为K10×10;二阶须根长最大值为K20×23,其次为T15×18,最小为K10×10;三阶须根长最大值为K20×23,其次为K10×16,最小值为T14×10。综合各个因素K20×23效果最好,其次为T15×18和K10×16。[结论]控根容器在促进多级次根生长效果好于普通容器,较大容器有利于文冠果苗的生长。 [Objective]Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge belongs to the taproot system with deep roots, The main root is de- veloped but lateral roots is few. The lifter will damage the root system and the planting survival rate is low. Limit root growth and promote lateral root in the nursery is the effective means to improve the survival rate of plantlets. Container seedling can solve this problem effectively, but there is a lack of research on Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge nursery container types and sizes. [Methods]In this paper, we used one year old Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge container seed- lings as test object, contrasting experiments have been carried out on different specifications of the air control root con- tainer (K) and the general nutritional bowl (T), by detecting researching the different containers for Xanthoceras sorb ifolia Bunge root growth, root state, multi stage root system to select more suitable type of container and container nursery specifications which is conducive to the occurrence of Xanthoceras sorbifolia roots. [Results] The results showed that: Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge seedlings field control treatments over time second-order fibril (diameter )mm) September 66.3% decrease compared with June, third fibrous roots (diameter 41 mm) reduction of 31.5 percent, taproot absolute dominance ; while Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge seedling lateral roots are in the container is on the rise, with two main root, third fibrous roots are in sync with the time increasing aboveground biomass between June to September always control the largest container K20x23 September aboveground largest increase, followed by the container T15x18 and K10x16, the maximum biomass underground as control CK, followed by K20x23, a minimum of K10x10 total root length maximum the K20x23, the minimum is K10x10; Second Order fibrous length maximum ofK20x23 , followed by T15x18 , a minimum of K10x10third order fibrous length maximum of K20x23 , followed by K10x16 , the minimum value of T14x10.
