摘要
人文素养主要靠"养",即经由"养成教育"使人养成习惯。人文素养是自觉的,人文素养的形成是日常性的、长期性的、反复性的。高职学生在校期间是不断成长成熟的,提升他们的人文素养需要一个渐进的过程。目前,高职院校人文素养教育缺失,学生人文素养水平较低已是不争的事实。基于此,高职院校要将人文素养教育贯穿于人才培养的全过程,即高职院校人文素养教育应"全程化"。
Humanistic quality is nurtured along with daily practice. It is acquired consciously, daily, reiteratively and perennially. Higher vocational college students keep growing at college, but the promotion of their humanistic literacy is a gradual process. At present, the absence of humanistic quality education in higher vocational colleges and the low level of students' humanistic accomplishment are uncontroversial facts. Thus, the paper suggests that humanistic education should be included in the training plan of higher vocational colleges, namely packaging humanistic education in vocational curricular.
