摘要
当变革成为时代潮流,作为联系微观个人和宏观社会纽带的中观组织成为变革的重要领域,学校组织也不例外,变革成为学校组织常态的生存方式。然而由于学校组织外部环境和内部环境的复杂性、不确定性,使得学校组织变革低效、无效随处可见。从管理哲学上看,为何变革、变革什么、谁来变革、如何变革、变革效果如何是学校组织变革的基本问题,对这几个基本问题的理解和把握,是组织变革得以顺利开展的条件。
When the revolution become the trend of The Times, the medium organization as a link between micro individual and macro society. Become the important area of revolution, and the revolution "also become the normal way of school organizational. However, the complexity and uncertainty of the school organization in external environment and internal environment, makes the revolution inefficient invalid environment, makes the revolution inefficient. From the point of view of management philosophy, why change, understanding and holding these basic problems which include, why the revolution happens, what is changed, who changes, how to change and how to the effect is, are the condition that organizational revolution could be developed smoothly.
