摘要
目的探讨妊娠期高血压应用硝苯地平联合硫酸镁方案治疗的可行性。方法本次研究资料为我院2014年6月～2015年6月收治的妊娠期高血压患者150例,对其临床资料进行研究分析。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组患者的总有效率,且P〈0.05差异具有统计学意义;对照组患者的治疗无效率明显高于观察组患者的无效率,且P〈0.05差异具有统计学意义。观察组和对照组在治疗后各项指标均有所下降,观察组收缩压、舒张压、尿蛋白的降低幅度优于对照组,且P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论硝苯地平联合硫酸镁治疗妊娠期高血压的效果显著,且可明显缓解患者临床症状。
Objective To evaluate the feasibility of application of gestational hypertension combined with magnesium sulfate nifedipine regimen. Methods From June 2014 to June 2015, 150 cases of patients with gestational hypertension in our hospital were selected as study objects, to analyze and observe the clinical data about 150 cases. Results Total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group, and P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Inefficient rate of control group was significantly higher than that of observation group, and P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. After treatment, all indicators in observation group and control group decreased, the degree of reduction of systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, urinary protein about observation group was more significant than those in control group, and P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Application of nifedipine combined with magnesium sulfate for the treatment of gestational hypertension has significant effects on alleviating clinical symptoms.
