摘要
目的观察联合应用硝苯地平控释片、酚妥拉明和硫酸镁治疗妊娠期高血压的疗效。方法选取我院从2010年1月至2012年6月所收治的妊娠期高血压孕妇90例作为临床研究对象,将所有患者随机分为治疗组和对照组两组。对照组采取硫酸镁进行治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用硝苯地平控释片和酚妥拉明。记录两组患者治疗前和治疗后的血压、分娩方式与新生儿结局。结果两组患者经过治疗后,血压均明显下降,且治疗组的下降幅度高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者顺产率为66.7%,对照组为24.4%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且新生儿宫内窘迫与新生儿窒息率,治疗组也显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合应用硝苯地平控释片、酚妥拉明和硫酸镁对妊娠期高血压患者的效果优异,可显著减少新生儿不良反应的发生率,值得在临床当中推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of nifedipine controlled release tablet,phentolamine and magnesium sulfate in the treatment of pregnancyinduced hypertension.Methods 90 cases of pregnancy with pregnancy-induced hypertension admitted into our hospital from January 2010 to June 2012 were selected as objects and they were randomLy divided into two groups.Control group were given magnesium sulfate and treatment group were given nifedipine controlled release tablet and phentolamine on the basic of magnesium sulfate.The blood pressure of two groups before treatment and after treatment was recorded,and the delivery mode and the outcome of fetal were observed.Results After treatment,the blood pressure of two groups was obviously drop and the decrease range of treatment group was superior than control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The spontaneous delivery rate of treatment group was 66.7% and control group was 24.4%,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The rate of neonate endouterine asphyxia and netonatal asphyxia in the treatment group was superior than control group and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusions Nifedipine controlled release tablet,phentolamine and magnesium sulfate has a great effect in the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension.It can obviously decrease the incidence of neonatal adverse reaction and it is worth to be widely spread in clinic.
