摘要
以6016铝合金为研究对象,通过显微硬度、电导率及显微组织分析研究了双级时效对6016铝合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明,6016铝合金经120℃6 h预时效后,主要析出相为GP区和少量η'相。6016铝合金经120℃18 h预时效处理,在1/3{220}和2/3{220}处的衍射变强,表明η'相体积分数增加,主要析出相为GP区和大量η'相。6016铝合金的最佳双级时效热处理工艺为120℃6 h预时效+150℃12 h二级时效。
Structure and performance of 6016 aluminum alloy are researched after twostage aging by means of the micro-hardness test,the electrical conductivity test and transmission electron microscopy( TEM). The results show that the GP zone and small amounts of η'phases precipitate after 120℃ 6 h pre-aging on 6016 aluminum alloy. After 120℃ 18 h preaging on 6016 aluminum alloy,diffraction becomes stronger in 1 /3{ 220} and 2 /3{ 220},the volume fraction of η' phases increases,the GP zone and large amounts of η' phases precipitate. The best two-stage aging process for 6016 aluminum alloy is 120℃ 6 h pre-aging and150℃ 12 h secondary aging.
