摘要
通过跟踪调查石家庄学院文化产业管理专业五届毕业生,我们发现学生在就业时面临着自主创业人数少、就业满意度相对较低、就业领域与本专业的关联性低、就业选择呈现多样性等问题。面对就业过程中出现的这些问题,我们要在本科院校转型的背景下,明确办学定位,重点进行培养方案和课程体系建设,改善师资队伍,创新教学模式,将校企合作做实,形成科学的、应用型的人才培养模式。
In the follow-up survey about five graduates majoring in cultural industry management at Shijiazhuang University, it is found that the self-employed students are very few, and the relevance between employment and profession is low; so, there are low job satisfaction and diverse employment options. Facing such employment issues, under the new universities transition context, efforts need to be made to clear school-running orientation, conduct training programs and build courses system. Furthermore, efforts need to be devoted to strengthening the construction of teaching staffs and promoting the school-enterprise cooperation to form a rational, application-oriented training model.
