摘要
采用Hyper Xtrude软件模拟了高铁用7050铝合金结构型材的稳态挤压过程.模拟结果显示型材筋板中部流动速度较慢,导致型材上下大平面与筋部连接处产生凹陷.随后的万吨挤压试模生产证明型材确实存在此缺陷,并存在焊合不良的现象,且型材筋板壁厚超差.试模结果证明模拟结果是准确的.该方法将有望实现挤压模具的"零试模"目标.
The steady state extrusion process of 7050 aluminum alloy profiles for high-speed railway is simulated by Hyper Xtrude software. The simulation results show that the velocity of the rib center of the profile is slow,leading to the adjacent wall depression. The following trial-manufacturing experiment on 100 MN extrusion press proves that the defects of the profiles really exist,and the profiles are badly welded. Moreover,the measurement shows that the thickness of the profiles is out of tolerance. These results prove the correctness of the simulation. The method is expected to achieve the target of zero-trial in the extrusion die design.
