摘要
道德建设是社会主义精神文明建设的重要组成部分。培养职工对地勘行业的职业道德情感,提高工作责任心和荣誉感,是推动行业良性发展的内在动力。文章从地勘行业的实际出发,剖析了其职业道德的特殊性、面临的道德失范问题及其产生原因,提出了地勘行业职业道德建设的方法和途径。
Ethics development is an important part of the construction of socialist spiritual civilization. Cultivating the professional ethics of the staff in mineral exploration industry and developing their sense of responsibility and honor are the internal power to promote the sound development of the industry. Based on the actual situation of mineral exploration industry, this paper analyzes the features of professional ethics of mineral exploration industry and the ethics anomie phenomenon in this industry and its causes, and then proposes several approaches for the ethics development of mineral exploration industry.
