从铅冰铜渣中绿色浸铜工艺研究 被引量:7

摘要 在常压低温条件下,采用双氧水作为氧化剂,硫酸作为浸出剂,从铅冰铜渣中绿色浸出铜。研究结果:在浸出温度100℃、浸出时间2~3 h、硫酸用量0.5 m L/g、液固比10∶1、双氧水用量4.0 m L/g的工艺条件下,铅冰铜中铜浸出率可达92%。浸出液中铁含量为0.95 g/L,砷含量为0.67 g/L;而浸出渣中铜含量低于1.5%,硫则以单质的形式富集于渣中。该绿色浸出工艺可实现铅冰铜渣中有价金属的分离提取。 At the atmospheric pressure and mild temperature,the green leaching agent of H2SO4 with H2O2as the oxidizing agent,was used to leach Cu from lead-matte slag.The optimum leaching condition was explored at the leaching temperature 100℃,leaching time 2 ~ 3 h,the amount of H2SO40.5 m L/g,the liquid to solid ratio of 10∶ 1,the amount of H2O24.0 m L/g.The leaching rate of copper could reach at 92% in this condition.The content of Fe in leach liquor was0.95 g/L,and the content of As was 0.67 g/L.Moreover,the content of Cu in the leaching slag was less than 1.5%,and the S placed enriched in leached slag as elemental form.The lead leaching process could be achieved in the green separation of valuable metals in copper-lead matte slag.
