摘要 目的评价VITEK-2Compact细菌自动化鉴定与药敏仪器对碳青霉烯类耐药肠杆菌科细菌(CRE)的鉴定能力。方法同时采用PCR法和VITEK-2Compact系统检测本实验室保存的93株CRE。以PCR结果为标准,评价VITEK-2Compact仪器对CRE菌株的鉴定能力。结果 VITEK-2Compact细菌自动化仪器检测CRE的灵敏度为76.4%、特异性为34.2%、阳性预测值为62.7%、阴性预测值为50.0%。结论VITEK-2Compact细菌自动化仪器检测CRE的灵敏度有待提高,需结合其他方法给予补充,以提高该仪器的鉴定率与准确率。 Objective To evaluate the performance of VITEK-2Compact Automated Systems for the detection of carbapenemase-resistant Enterobacteriaceae(CRE). Methods 93 CRE stored in our laboratory were used in this study. The bacterial identification and antibiotic susceptibility tests were performed by VITEK-2Compact automated system. Some common carbapenem-resistant genes were amplified by PCR,and the positive PCR products were sequenced to determine genotypes. With the PCR results as the standard,we evaluated the performance of VITEK-2Compact Automated Systems for the detection of carbapenemase-resistant Enterobacteriaceae. Results The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,and negative predictive value of VITEK-2 Compact to detection CRE were 76.4%,34.2%,62.7%,and 50.0%,respectively. Conclusion The sensitivity of the VITEK-2Compact Automated Systems for detection of CRE needs to be improved. In order to enhance the identification rate and accuracy of the instrument,the laboratory should complement other methods.
