摘要
商品信息的描述是电商平台前台的分类导航、商品搜索与推荐导购的基础。调查发现国内电商平台现有的商品信息描述体系存在属性集合不全面、语义结构缺失、可理解性差等问题,未能为商家在描述商品的过程中提供引导与辅助。论文以女装类商品为例,通过对属性的语义分析构建了元数据的概念模型,然后借鉴阮冈纳赞的分面分类理论对繁杂多样的女装商品属性进行分类与整序,构建了女装商品的分面元数据模型。用户实验的结果表明,基于分面元数据的商品描述系统的准确度更高、使用体验更好,从而验证了分面元数据的有效性和可行性。
The commodity metadata is the basis for the commodity discovery mechanism in e-commerce platform. The current commodity description scheme has quite a few deficiencies: the commodity properties are incomplete, the relationships among properties are not revealed, and the whole scheme is lack of logic and semantics. To solve these problems, this study designs a faceted metadata for female clothing commodity information description based on a thorough analysis of female clothing properties, and Ranganathan's faceted classification scheme is introduced to arrange the basic properties of female clothes. The results of the user experiment indicates that the commodity information description scheme based on conceptual analysis and faceted metadata is able to improve the accuracy of sellers' description of commodities and bring better experience for sellers, verifying the validity and feasibility of the faceted metadata proposed in this study.
