摘要
电子商务交易过程中,交易对象处于观察商品的不同视点下,视点持有人对商品的认知会存在差异。为解决商品认知的多视点特性,提出了将商品认知差异视为商品的视点知识的观点,分析商品视点知识的具体表现,构造商品视点知识的分析函数,并建立多视点商品本体描述商品的一般知识和视点知识。实验结果表明,加入商品视点知识的多视点商品本体更加拟合实际电子商务环境的需要。
The viewpointthat there exists commodity view knowledge in the circulation of commodities is developed.Based on the viewpoint,two functions are proposed to analyze the commodity view knowledge which includes: membership function of view and association degree function of commodity attribute.Finally,the meta-model of multi-view commodity ontology is designed to describe the commodity view knowledge and common knowledge.This new commodity ontology is more suitable for the physical demand of e-commerce.
