摘要
针对目前功率可调微波系统存在的问题,设计了一种输出功率连续线性可调的微波干燥系统。通过反馈控制电路调节磁控管谐振腔极板的电压,从而实现微波输出功率的连续线性可调。该系统主要包括独立磁控管灯丝供电、电压-功率非线性校正以及反馈控制的磁控管谐振腔供电电路等3部分构成。通过实验验证了输入所需的功率密度和实际输出的功率密度之间直线度较好,确定系数R^2为0.9709。
Based on the problems existing in microwave system of adjustable output power,a system with linear continuous adjustable output power was designed. With adjusting the voltage of magnetron cavity plate by the feedback control circuit,the microwave output power can be adjusted continuously and linearly. The system consists of three main parts: independent power supply for the magnetron filament,voltage-power nonlinear correction and feedback control of the power supply circuit of magnetron resonant cavity. Confirmed by experiment,the linearity between the power density of input required and actual output is pretty good and the determination coefficient R^2 was 0. 9709.
