摘要
采用索氏提取法,分别以乙醚、正己烷作为有机溶剂提取大蒜挥发油,详细研究了其对米象成虫的控制作用。结果表明:两种有机溶剂提取的大蒜挥发油对米象成虫均具有较强的驱避、触杀、抑制和熏蒸作用,尤其是乙醚提取的大蒜挥发油的驱避作用和熏蒸作用效果最为明显。
Garlic essential oils were extracted by Soxhlet extraction with two different organic solvents, anhydrous diethyl ether and n-hexane respectively, and their control effect on Sitophilus oryzae adults were detailedly investigated. The results showed that the two kinds of garlic essential oils extracted with anhydrous diethyl ether and n-hexane possessed significantly strong repellency, contact poison, population inhibition and fumigant activities on S.oryzae adults, particularly the garlic essential oils extracted with anhydrous diethyl ether can more effectively repel and fumigate S.oryzae adults.
