摘要
目的:探讨益血生胶囊联合应用^(131)I治疗甲状腺功能亢进症(甲亢)伴白细胞减少的临床效果。方法:80例甲亢合并白细胞减少患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。观察组给予^(131)I+益血生胶囊治疗,对照组给予抗甲状腺药物+利血生治疗,两组均连续用药6周,半年后观察两组患者甲亢治疗情况、治疗前后白细胞(WBC)计数的变化以及不良反应情况。结果:两组患者甲亢治疗有效率比较差异无统计学差异(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗后的WBC计数均明显高于治疗前(P<0.05);并且,观察组治疗后2个月、4个月、6个月的WBC计数明显高于对照组治疗后(P<0.01)。两组患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论:^(131)I联合益血生胶囊治疗甲亢合并白细胞减少疗效确切,安全可靠。
Objective： To investigate the clinical effects for treating hyperthyroidism and leukopenia with Yixuesheng capsule combined ^（131）I. Methods： 80 cases hyperthyroidism with leukopenia patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 patients in each group. The patients in observation group were treated with Yixuesheng capsule combined^（131）I, the patients in control group were treated with anti-thyroid drugs combined Leucogen; and all the patients were treated for 6 weeks. The treatment of hyperthyroidism, white blood cell（WBC） and adverse reactions of patients in 2 groups were observed after half a year. Results： There was no statistical significance between 2 groups about curative effects（P〉0.05）. The WBC after treatment of patients in 2 groups were all obviously higher than that before treatment（P〈0.05）; Moreover, the WBC of patients in observation group 2 months, 4 months, 6 months after treatment were all obviously higher than that of patients in control group at the same time point after treatment（P〈0.01）. No serious adverse reactions occurred in 2 groups. Conclusions： Treating hyperthyroidism and leukopenia with Yixuesheng capsule combined ^（131）I is safe and reliable.
