三维超声Omniview技术联合容积对比成像VCI技术评价胎儿颅后窝池及小脑蚓部发育的应用价值 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨三维超声Omniview(Omniview,自由解剖切面)技术联合容积对比成像VCI(volume contrast image容积对比成像)技术,评价胎儿颅后窝池及小脑蚓部发育的应用价值。方法对28例经二维超声检查中疑似为颅后窝池发育异常的胎儿,每一病例都运用三维超声Omniview技术联合容积对比成像VCI技术获取胎儿颅脑的正中矢状切面对其进行分析。结果检查28例胎儿(22-32孕周)伴有下列中枢神经系统畸形:Dandy-Walker畸形,BIakeporch囊肿,颅后窝蛛网膜囊肿,小脑蚓部发育不良,单纯后颅窝增宽。结论三维超声Omniview技术联合容积对比成像VCI技术有助于清晰显示胎儿颅后窝结构,增进胎儿颅脑检查的完整性,为评估胎儿颅脑解剖正常与异常提供了一种更为简便、快速和有效的方法,可以成为常规应用技术。 Objective:To explore the application value of evaluating posterior cranial fossa and cerebellar vermis development by omniview technology of three-dimensional ultrasound combine with volume contrast imaging. Methods:To analisis the ultrasonic imaging of fetus brain median obtained by omniview technology of three-dimensional ultrasound combine with volume contrast imaging for every case which is diagnosed abnormal development of posterior cranial fossa dubiously by two dimensional ultrasound. Results:To check the 28 fetuses which are checked during 22 to 32 weeks of gestation with neural malformation including Dandy-Walker,Blakeporch cyst,posterior fossa arachnoid cyst,maldevelopment of vermis cerebelli,posterior cranial fossa broadening. Conclusion:It can display posterior cranial fossa of fetus clearly by omniview technology of three-dimensional ultrasound combine with volume contrast imaging.It is a simple,fast and effective way to evaluate anatomic structure of fetus brain and we can use it routinely.
