摘要 目的探讨三维超声在胎儿胼胝体发育不良(agenesis of the corpus callosum,ACC)产前诊断中的应用价值。方法应用三维超声对49510例胎儿进行常规二维和实时三维超声检查。结果49510例胎儿中检出ACC 25例,其中合并消化系统异常2例,心脏发育异常4例,骨骼异常4例,合并其他畸形者均伴羊水过多。结论三维超声与普通超声相比能提供更丰富的诊断信息,有效的提高了超声图像的分辨力,解决了早期显示胎儿胼胝体困难的难题,是评价胎儿脑部发育的安全、经济、有效的影像学方法,具有重要的应用价值。 Objective To assess the value of three-dimensional uhrasonography in the prenatal diagnosis of fetal agenesis of the corpus callosum(ACC). Methods We examined 49510 fetuses by using two-dimensional ultrasound (2DUS)and real-time three-dimensional ultrasound(3DUS). Results Twenty ACC in 49510 cases were found,including 2 cases of the abnomal digestive system,4 cases of the malformation of cardiovascular system,4 cases of skeletal abnormalities, and those of other malformation with polyhydramnios. Conclusion 3DUS provides more diagnostic information than 2DUS. 3DUS evaluates ultrasound image resolution effectively,and solves the difficult issue in early showing of the corpus callosum. Therefore,it is a safe, economical and effective imaging method in the assessment of fetal brain development, with an important practinal clinical value.
