利用沼气发酵技术处理秸秆爆破液废水

摘要 为探索秸秆爆破液废水的沼气发酵潜力,采取分三阶段逐步提高进料浓度的方式,利用实验室前期"驯化"得到的高效固定床厌氧反应体系对其沼气发酵特性进行了研究.试验共计进行36d,累积产气量达166L,发酵过程平均日产气量为4 598mL,甲烷含量在36%-72%之间,平均甲烷含量为51%,各阶段的容积产气效率依次为0.35L/(L·d)、0.37L/(L·d)、0.43L/(L·d),表明该废水具有一定的沼气发酵潜力.相对而言,原废水以稀释2倍的方式进料时沼气发酵性状比较理想,该阶段平均日产气量为4506mL,平均甲烷含量为58%,C/N和VS/TS平均值分别为25、0.51. To explore the biogas fermentation potential of straw blasting wastewater,biogas fermentation characteristics of the wastewater is studied in the high efficient anaerobic fixed bed reaction system,which is early domesticated,by the way of increasing the feed concentration gradually in three stages.The experiment is conducted 36 din total.The cumulative gas production amounts to 166L;and the average daily gas production is 4 598 mL during the fermentation process,in which methane content is between 36% and 72%;and the average methane content is 51%.The volumetric efficiency of gas production of every stage is 0.35L/(L·d),0.37L/(L·d),0.43L/(L·d)successively.These results show that the wastewater has some potential of biogas fermentation.Comparatively speaking,characters of the methane fermentation are better when the wastewater is fed by the way of diluting 2times.In this phase,the average daily gas production is 4 506mL;the average methane content is 58%;the average C/N and VS/TS is 25,0.51 respectively.
