摘要
目的通过文献查证、专家咨询和预试验制定痰湿壅盛型高血压患者穴位敷贴方案,并探讨其对高血压患者的影响。方法采用便利抽样法选取77例痰湿壅盛型高血压患者,分为对照组(n=39)和干预组(n=38)。对照组给予常规药物治疗和护理,干预组在对照组的基础上,采用穴位敷贴干预12周,结束后对干预组随访4周,评价2组患者血压的情况。结果收缩压在干预的第8周、第12周,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组的收缩压水平呈逐渐下降趋势,且第4周、第8周、第12周每个时间点的两两比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论本研究所研制的穴位敷贴能够降低痰湿壅盛型高血压患者的收缩压水平。
Objective To discuss the effect of acupoint application on patients with excessive accumulation of phlegm dampness hypertension. Methods Acupoint application scheme was formed based on literature review, expert consultation and pre-experiment for hypertension patients with phlegm and dampness. Seventy-seven hypertensive patients with phlegm and dampness were divided into control group and interventional group with 39 cases and 38 cases in each group by convenient sampling. Patients in control group were treated by routine drugs and those in interventional group received acupoint applications in addition to the treatment in control group for 12 weeks. After experiment, the interventional group was followed up for 4 weeks. Results The result between two groups showed that systolic pressure at week 8 and 12 was statistically significance （ P〈0.05）. The result in interventional group showed that the systolic pressure had a gradual decline and indicated statistical significance （ P〈0.01）. Conclusion The study result has confirmed the effect of lowering the systolic blood pressure level of hypertension patients with phlegm and dampness by acupoint application.
