转移灶不可切除的结直肠癌原发灶是否切除原发灶应该切除 被引量：1

摘要 结直肠癌是我国发病率第3位的恶性肿瘤，20％～25％的患者确诊时即伴同时性转移癌，而其中约85％的患者为不可切除转移癌。对转移灶不可切除的Ⅳ期结直肠癌（colorectal cancer with irresectabl emetastasis,CRIM）是否应该行原发灶切除,首先应根据原发灶是否伴有症状决定。
