手术切除原发灶联合全身化疗方案治疗转移灶不可切除的无症状转移性结肠癌的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of surgical resection of primary tumor combined with systemic chemotherapy in the treatment of asymptomatic metastatic colon cancer with unresectable metastases

摘要 目的探讨手术切除原发灶联合全身化疗方案治疗转移灶不可切除的无症状转移性结肠癌(mCRC)的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2020年7月至2021年1月本院收治的46例转移灶不可切除的无症状mCRC患者的临床资料,按治疗方法不同分为两组,各23例。手术组采用手术除原发灶联合全身化疗方案治疗,化疗组采用全身化疗方案治疗,比较两组无进展生存期(PFS)及1、2年生存率和并发症发生情况。结果手术组PFS长于化疗组,1、2年生存率均高于化疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术组并发症发生率为13.05%,低于化疗组的39.13%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术切除原发灶联合全身化疗方案治疗转移灶不可切除的无症状mCRC的临床疗效显著,可降低并发症发生率,提高患者1、2年生存率,值得临床推广应用。
