摘要 皮肤含角质形成细胞、真皮成纤维细胞、黑素细胞等,机械应力作用可影响细胞形态、增殖、分化、迁移、内分泌等。该作用受机械应力种类、大小及时间长短和效应细胞所处细胞外基质等微环境的影响。机械应力作用影响皮肤伤口愈合、疤痕增生、色素沉着等一系列生理病理过程。 Skin contains keratinocytes,fibroblasts and melanocytes.Mechanical stress can damage the proliferation,differentiation,migration,cellular morphology and endocrinology of the skin cells.The mechanicalstress is affected by the species,magnitude of force,the length of time and the microenvironment of skincells.The physiological and pathological process of healing of skin wound,scar and hyperpigmentation werealso affected by mechanical stress.
