摘要
电梯层门是电梯中一种防止坠落和剪切的保护装置,门锁装置对电梯的安全运行起着至关重要的作用。据统计电梯事故的80%以上都发生在门系统中,而短接门锁又是此类事故的高危因素。本文对一起电梯监督抽查中发现的开门走梯现象进行了分析。文章借此案例以简单的原理结合行业中的实际操作手段来探讨门锁短接现象,并以此警示各位从业人员违规短接的危害。
The elevator landing door is the protection device for preventing falls and cut, the door lock device plays an important role in the safe operation of the elevator. According to statistics, more than 80% of accidents have occurred because of the elevator door system, and short circuit of door lock is a risk factor in such accidents. In this paper, a phenomena found in an elevator supervision and spot checks that the elevator continue to run while the elevator landing door opening is analyzed. Combining simple principle and practical means of the elevator industry, this paper discussed the short circuit of door lock based on this case, and warns the industry workers the harm of the shorting operation.
